We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated English Language Teacher to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in English grammar, literature, composition, and communication skills, and should have a deep understanding of the requirements for competitive exam preparation (CSS, PMS, and One Paper MCQs). The teacher must be capable of creating an engaging learning environment and delivering quality instruction tailored to the needs of students from diverse educational backgrounds.
As an English Language Teacher, you will play a key role in helping students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while building confidence in their academic performance.
Design and deliver structured lessons based on the CSS and PMS English syllabus
Teach English Grammar, Vocabulary, Essay Writing, Precis, and Comprehension
Prepare lecture plans, notes, and quizzes for classroom and online sessions
Conduct mock tests and evaluate students’ writing performance
Provide one-on-one feedback to students for improvement in weak areas
Use modern teaching methods (digital tools, videos, real-world examples)
Maintain discipline and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Collaborate with academic coordinators to plan curriculum and schedules
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and curriculum development
Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Literature, or a related field (M.A English preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at college or academy level
Excellent command of English language (spoken & written)
Strong grip on English Grammar, Vocabulary, and Writing Techniques
Familiarity with competitive exam patterns (CSS, PMS, PPSC, etc.)
Effective communication, time management, and classroom control skills
Ability to use digital teaching tools (MS PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Classroom)
Experience teaching CSS or PMS English
Content creation for educational platforms (PDFs, blogs, etc.)
Ability to evaluate essays and precis critically
Fluent in both English and Urdu for better student engagement
